Developer Community Programs Specialist

Community and open-source software are at the heart of everything we do at Grafana Labs. As a Developer Community Programs Specialist , you will support our team’s engagement with the open-source and developer communities.

In this role, you will help implement and execute programs that empower community members to be successful with Grafana Labs projects. You’ll also help facilitate connections between community members and guide internal teams on how to best engage with the community. The attributes needed for this role include communicator, empathetic, resilient, problem-solver, organizer, and collaborator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, with guidance, the development of regional community strategies to grow the Grafana community
• Organize events such as meetups with the willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
• Support and develop engagement programs and processes to serve the growing Grafana community better
• Connect with the Grafana community through online and in-person channels
