German Speaking Customer Service Representative

• Assist German-speaking customers with their inquiries and provide effective solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technology-related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy towards customers
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Willingness to work in Greece
