Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently searching for a German Speaking Customer Service professional to join a luxury automobile manufacturer's team in Greece. As a German Speaking Customer Service representative, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers who have inquiries or require assistance regarding the luxury automobile brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking customers regarding the luxury automobile brand
• Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues
• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry or luxury sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Willingness to work in Greece
• Valid European Passport or ID
