Head of Quality Assurance

A leading pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative treatments for women's health, pain management, and psychosis, is seeking an exceptional Head of Quality Assurance to join their dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Quality Assurance will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system to ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety, and compliance across their portfolio of drug candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and programs to support the company's clinical development and manufacturing activities.
• Oversee the execution of quality control procedures, including but not limited to document review, in-process testing, and final product release.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Lead the preparation and submission of quality-related documentation to regulatory authorities, such as Marketing Authorization Applications (MAAs) and Investigational New Drug (IND) applications....
