Financial Controller

Job Description

In collaboration with the Continental Europe (CE) Finance team, you will be responsible of:

• Analysing revenue across various segments of activity and countries
• Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Supporting strategic investment decisions and managing financial risks
• Leading and supporting the CE Finance team in achieving the financial objectives of the organisation
• Driving financial performance and operational efficiency in collaboration with senior management

The Financial Controller will report directly to the Financial Directors and play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations.

Requirements

Qualifications Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Proactive approach to financial management
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Languages

• English Language is Mandatory (both written and oral)
