Team Summary
The Business Analyst of Value in Kind (VIK) project is part of the Business Planning & Operation team in China. It serves dual roles 1) Partner with account executives to leverage incentive pool to drive Visa brand promotion, marketing campaigns and card usage, end to end responsible for the incentive VIK projects execution 2) Act as a control focal to facilitate the external & internal processes, including but not limited to ticket creation / project set up into the system, purchase order receiving, electronic sign off as well as project revenue / cost booking. This role is acting as the compliance ambassador via collaborating with different stakeholders, including Compliance, Controllership, Legal, Client Incentive Operation, Tax, Sourcing etc.
