You are a creative and eager recent communications, brand, or creative writing programme graduate or at an early stage of your career. You are keen to write, research, and make a creative impact on a unique brand that is pushing boundaries and work with one of the most passionate and creative marketing teams in the B2B space.

Enfuce is currently looking for a Creative Communications Intern in the UK or EU for a minimum 6-month internship starting ASAP.

The communications team is responsible for helping share Enfuce’s story in Europe, the UK and beyond in creative, engaging and on brand ways. This team at Enfuce is the core of organic growth and storytelling within the business, leveraging video, podcast, blog, PR and more to tell our stories.

As an intern, you’ll be integrated into a team where you’ll contribute to challenging projects and hit the ground running as a team contributor almost as soon as you arrive. We provide the support, mentorship, fun, and real world experience needed to accelerate your learning and make a real impact on our communications activities and on the Enfuce brand.

You can expect to:

Support the comms and wider marketing team by assisting with admin tasks, research, drafting blog content and awards application drafts, ideating alongside the team, coordinating meetings and activities with our social media and PR agencies, and an array of tasks that will give you a dynamic mix of creative tasks, admin support, and hands on learning opportunities across the brand and comms spectrum

A typical day:

You’ll get first-hand experience on what it is like to be on the Communications team at Enfuce. You can expect a mix of activities on any given day, including but not limited to:

  • Update the weekly social calendar and ensure info is complete and fact checked
  • Review internal media monitoring tools to compile reports and analyze brand and competitor social media for insights, prepare metrics and reports, and assist in team coordination, and scheduling meetings
  • Create and update materials as needed including slide decks, documents, and web content
  • Support discussions with agencies, draft releases, emails to customers and partners, or other project-related content with the support of senior team members
  • Research and pitch ideas for new social posts, blog ideas, and podcast episodes
  • Participate in and support internal coordination meetings with other functions and departments.
  • Updating social media post template in figma
  • Sharing briefs for design assets with our agency and coordinating delivery
  • Own and update our awards application calendar and draft applications for internal review and submit approved documents to awards schemes
  • Get creative in brainstormings and contribute to team planning and help the team solve adhoc creative challenges

Your expertise:

Recently graduated or currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in a relevant field such as Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing

  • Basic knowledge of the UK and European media landscapes
  • Ability to maintain enthusiasm and composure under pressure
  • Highly organized with the capacity to multitask
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • You are curious, ask questions, feel comfortable contributing ideas and are excited to be part of a team
  • Want hands on experience and don’t see any task as too small
  • Passion for creativity and are keen to push creative boundaries and test new ideas
  • Fluency in English is a must; all applications must be submitted in English.

Nice to Haves:

  • First experience in PR and media relations, e.g. agency or editorial or journalistic experience.
  • Knowledge of the fintech or payments landscapes
