This role is specifically within DnA, a division of SOCOTEC. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to Manage, Coordinate, and Administrate Special Inspection Projects in NYC. Includes budget and schedule management of various special inspection projects of various scope.
Responsibilities:
- Manage various projects.
- Manage Dispatch. Schedule inspections.
- Manage budgets of inspections.
- Check project to make sure all required inspections are performed.
- Maintain log of work in-progress and incomplete work.
- Work with team to invoice projects monthly.
- Attend field meetings as necessary.
- Advise Director if Change Orders are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, construction management, engineering or architecture is a plus but not required.
- 2-5 years relevant experience required. Construction background preferred. Background in special inspections is a plus.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, self starter, and proficient in computers.
- Must be able to manage multiple jobs and deliverables
