Developer Support Engineer

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Provide advanced technical assistance to developers via various channels (email, phone, Slack)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
• Reproduce and escalate critical issues to development teams as needed
• Create and maintain knowledge-base articles
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and platforms
• Stay up-to-date with product releases and updates
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and efficiency
• Passive phone support - outside working hours and over the weekends - in coordination with the rest of the team

You'll be successful in this role if you:

• Strong technical skills, including programming languages and operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take the lead in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving positive change

An additional plus is if you have:

• Hands-on experience with the integration process of mobile and/or web SDKs
• Experience working with programming languages commonly used in mobile platforms (Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift)
• Experience working with various IDEs and development tools for coding tasks, such as Android Studio, Xcode, Visual Studio
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, such as GitHub or BitBucket
• Skill to successfully navigate and interpret software documentation, including resources GitHub and GitBook
• Familiarity with issue and project tracking tools, such as Jira
• Experience with customer service platforms such as Salesforce
