IT Systems Analyst

The IT Systems Analyst will work under the guidance and direction of the Director of Information Technology to provide software and hardware technical support to internal customers RQM. This position has responsibility for development, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support for all company information systems.

For this opportunity, we'll only be hiring on a sub-contractor basis (1099)

Responsibilities

• · Respond to incidents and requests in alignment with established service objectives and procedures.
• · Perform work requested to support both organization and IT projects.
• · Perform diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, and deployment of R&Q technology hardware.
• · Support mobile devices and smart phone users for business purposes.
• · Package and deploy software to end-users.
• · Perform routine patching, updates, and maintenance of R&Q technology assets.
• · Maintain accurate software and hardware inventories of R&Q technology assets.
• · Create and maintain accurate internal IT and end-user documentation.
