Junior Insights Analyst

As the Junior Customer Insights Analyst, you will bring important contribution in business and client reporting and research. Reporting to the Head of Customer Insights and integrated into the Customer Insights team within the Product Strategy department, you will be supporting our data-driven decision-making process.

Your responsibilities will include conducting relevant research, analysing customer data, and generating reports that provide actionable insights. These insights will inform business decisions, support the development of new initiatives, and guide strategic planning. Your contributions will be important in understanding customer behaviours, identifying market trends, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will work with various data sources and collaborate with different stakeholders and cross-functional teams including Product Strategy, Marketing, Customer Care or Sales, as well as external stakeholders (agencies, research data providers).
