Our client through Pavago is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take charge of the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our core Organic Marketing for our clients through Facebook Groups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling our organic Facebook initiatives, managing client relationships, and driving the team toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). This role will involve removing the C-suite from daily operations and taking full ownership of the Facebook groups strategy, client satisfaction, and team productivity. The candidate should have exceptional hands on experience when it comes to Facebook Ads, SEO and Content Writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organic Growth & Facebook Management: Proven experience of 10+ Years in growing and managing Facebook groups organically, demonstrating a successful track record in this area. Knowledge of SEO and Facebook Ads.
