Senior Property Accountant

The Senior Property Accountant ensures that the financial statements for their portfolio are completed timely and accurately. This includes a detailed review of monthly financial statements and the general ledger, along with reviewing daily transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies. Additionally, Senior Accountants assist the Property Management teams with the completion of Annual Budgets and Operating Expense (CAM) Reconciliations.

This particular accountant will be responsible for two premium office towers located together in the beautiful West Loop area of Chicago. It will be an on-site role supporting the property management team in servicing this portfolio.
