Junior Backend Developer

We are looking for skillful Backend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients - referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Our tech stack is built around React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript and Python. We are working with startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diverse and exciting challenges while crafting innovative solutions.

Salary: PLN 6.000 - 10.000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 5.000 - 7.500 brutto (UZL)

• Required: 1+ year of commercial experience with Python, basic experience with Django, knowledge-hungry, understand what SOLID & DRY stand for, English B2, Polish C1

Your future tasks and duties:

• Writing personal-best possible Python code
• Technical involvement in the product - finding ways to improve it
• Writing documentation for delivered code
• Peer code review
• Reuse and improve the company knowledge base
• Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexity (user stories/tasks) into solutions (end results/estimations)
• Learning, learning and learning ;)

About you - Tech skills & Experience:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in Python development
• Basic knowledge of Python and experience with Django
• Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker)
