People Event and Special Project Intern

As a People Event and Special Project Intern, you'll lead exciting projects to create impactful events that enhance our brand and employee experiences. You'll collaborate with teams to bring innovative ideas to life, focusing on large-scale events and new, highly requested experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Event Planning & Execution: Lead and assist in planning and executing impactful events that enhance our brand and employee experiences.
• Innovation & Creativity: Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement innovative ideas for large-scale events and new, highly requested experiences.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage logistics, timelines, and resources for successful event delivery.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all events align with the company's brand identity and messaging.
• Promotion & Engagement: Create promotional strategies and materials to drive participation and engagement.
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback to continually enhance future events and experiences.

Requirements

• Ambitious PR/Marketing Graduate. Has Leadership and organizational experience.
• Skilled in managing projects, especially events involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management abilities: planning, multitasking, time management, and delivering results.
• Creative thinker who thrives on innovative solutions.
• Passionate about people engagement and creative event design.
• Expert at crafting high-quality pitch decks.
• Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office, with a focus on data management and analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
