The House of Commons’ Parliamentary Precinct Operations is currently looking to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff future vacancies on an indeterminate and/or fixed term basis for the Print, Mail and Framing Services Officer position.
As the first point of contact, you provide effective and quality printing and mailing services to your clients. You have a client-centric approach and put service excellence at the forefront of your decisions. You answer questions in a timely and accurate manner by providing information and/or directing the client to the appropriate group or person.
In addition, you are responsible for the quality assurance of all proofs. Your role will consist of ensuring the entry and verification of required data in the shipping system and the verification of data contained in the monthly mailing data file. You will identify and seek to resolve discrepancies while anticipating future changes, specifically in the redistribution of electoral constituency boundaries to ensure that material is delivered to the correct constituency across Canada.
