Sourcing and Design Coordinator

Voysey Brands acquires and operates brands that have captured the hearts of discerning clients. With a focus on high-end brands, we are dedicated to becoming a quintessential house of brands for the 21st century. We currently own 34 brands with sales from over 20 countries. Our headquarters are located in Helsinki and we have a regional office in Hong Kong. Our company operates exclusively in English.

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our Helsinki team as a Sourcing and Design Coordinator, reporting directly to our Managing Director.

In this role, you will develop consumer goods for various brands and categories, including apparel, accessories, home decor, and textiles. This position is unique, covering every supply chain aspect from initial concept to manufacturing, encompassing design, marketing materials, and financial goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct market research to identify products for development.
• Make design decisions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Find and build relationships with potential manufacturers in Europe to ensure top-quality products for our brands.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Oversee the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensure products comply with US trade regulations.
• Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and copywriters to create marketing materials.
• Maintain daily communication with a network of over 100 entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.

Requirements

• Is incredibly smart and resourceful.
• Has excellent organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Is fluent in English, another European language is a plus.
