About the Role

We are seeking talented Senior Developers to join a new team working on an innovative project in the Fintech sector. This is your chance to work on existing solutions, contribute to market expansion, and enhance vital tooling for invoicing, payouts, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Senior Developers, providing mentorship, direction, and technical guidance throughout the project.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with the client environment, assess current solutions, and identify key areas for improvement, focusing on scalability, functionality, and user experience.
• Determine what existing features should be preserved and what needs to be enhanced or overhauled. Balance new development with optimizing current systems.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring that development efforts align with broader business goals.
• New features development.
• Work closely with distributed teams across Europe.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading development teams, with a strong background in Kotlin-based backend development 5+. Java knowledge is a plus, especially within Fintech.
• Ability to analyze and make informed decisions on complex systems, balancing innovation with stability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working in a hybrid and distributed team environment.
