Apt Resources is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the Construction field to join our prestigious client's team, serving the Royal Family. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and managing the costs of construction projects conducted for the Royal Family.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and oversee cost estimates, budgets, and plans for construction projects
  • Track and monitor project costs, ensuring adherence to budget
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to the Royal Family
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
  • Provide advice and support on contractual matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Construction field
  • Experience In Construction/ Maintenance Filed
  • Well experienced in quoting for new projects and maintenance project
  • Knowledge of construction processes, costs, and materials
  • Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with high profile clients
