Junior Marketing Cloud Consultant

• Support projects and initiatives of the team and clients
• Conduct research to support business needs
• Develop and maintain accurate project plans for client status updates
• Transform business requirement into functional specifications and user stories ready for development
• Manage workflow and project goals, setting, and reinforcing each project roadmap, handling priorities and support project sprints planning
• Generate and track campaign reports and is responsible for QA, gather data analysis
• Proactively review and manage client data to ensure optimal performance on all campaigns
• Focus on day-to-day execution
• Utilize platforms to manage and update team / client programs
• Work in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Gain industry exposure

Requirements

• Understanding or educational background in Digital Marketing / Commerce / Omnichannel
• Industry knowledge: Luxury, Retail and HLS
• Language skills: English - must, Japanese – preferred
• Knowledge of Swiss market, Japanese market preferable
• Exposed to digital transformation
• Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing automation, Commerce tools and campaigns
• A minimum of one year of professional experience in a comparable position within an international consulting firm
