Engineering Manager

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to balance hands-on coding with leading a full-stack team. You'll enhance our analytics platform, optimize performance, and refine system architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Improve Analytics: Enhance our analytics engine for better insights.
• Optimize Performance: Streamline data processing and storage.
• Refactor Architecture: Upgrade for maintainability and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop Testing: Implement a robust regression testing framework.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years in full-stack development, with a backend and cloud focus.
• 3+ years managing or mentoring engineers.
• Proficient in Python, Node.js (AWS Lambda), React, and AWS services.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools, databases (Postgres, DynamoDB), and Snowflake.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and remote work skills. Health tech experience is a plus.
