About the Role:
GoodRx is the leading consumer health platform and source of affordability solutions for prescription drugs. The Pharma Manufacturer Solutions team at GoodRx is seeking a detail oriented, strategic, and dynamic professional to join our team as Director of Strategic Program Management. In this role, as part of the Commercial Go-To-Market team, you will coordinate and oversee the execution and management of complex access programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing pharma access and support programs, and demonstrated leadership in managing digitally enabled program launches and execution.

Your impact:
You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful launch of our access programs, liaising across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with program launch goals, and overseeing the execution of complex programs that enhance patient access to our pharma solutions and maximize Rx fills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans for the launch of complex access programs, such as pharma sponsored direct-to-consumer cash discount solutions
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, comms, data, legal, customer support and other functions to ensure seamless program execution
  • Understand drivers of program success and ensure the team is working on tactics to maximize patient access and Rx fills
  • Think through program risks from an internal and external stakeholder perspective and proactively manage / mitigate issues
  • Monitor launch progress and address issues to ensure successful execution within the desired timeline
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align on key components of program and ensure cross functional stakeholders and execution team are in lockstep
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on program status, progress, and challenges
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance program launch efficiency and effectiveness

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A results-driven project manager with a proven track record of steering complex pharma / healthcare programs to success
  • Exceptional collaboration skills as you seamlessly work with diverse teams, stakeholders, and clients to align objectives and drive collective success
  • Strong communication, articulating project goals, expectations, and progress with clarity and precision
  • Your ability to facilitate productive discussions, address concerns proactively, and influence without authority fosters a positive and effective work environment
  • With a keen eye for detail, organization skills, and a strategic mindset, you manage multiple priorities effortlessly, adapt to changing circumstances, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Your commitment to excellence and collaborative spirit makes you a cornerstone of every project you lead

Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program management experience, preferably at a pharmaceutical company or digital healthcare company
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Experience in managing complex patient access programs is highly desirable
  • Understanding of pharmacy claim adjudication and prescription routing and workflows is highly desirable
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. $151,000.00 - $242,000.00

New York Office:

$139,000.00 - $222,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$126,000.00 - $202,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$113,000.00 - $182,000.00
