Are you ready to make a difference in the world of IT solutions? We're looking for a dedicated SAP PP/APO, IT System Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for developing new and deploying existing IT solutions for our Supply Chain Planning, Production Execution, and Warehousing departments—all within a GMP environment.

You'll work closely with our regional and global IT teams as a key business partner for SAP PP/APO/QM. Your mission? To ensure that our projects run smoothly and adhere to Lonza's standards and policies. Plus, you'll provide top-notch IT support for complex incidents and problems. Key responsibilities:

• Consult with internal stakeholders on IT solutions and review user requirements.
• Serve as (sub-) project manager, developing concepts and specifications.
• Moderate workshops and configure/customize systems.
• Create and maintain test scripts, execute functional testing, and support business testing.
• Develop training documentation and deliver training sessions.
• Conduct data migration activities.
• Enforce global process and system governance while adhering to GMP and quality policies.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, process integration, development, and authorization partners to deliver IT solutions.
• Manage IT consultants and service providers, ensuring adherence to Lonza standards and guidelines.
• Transfer new solutions and knowledge to the support organization and delegate routine incidents to IT support.
• Provide 3rd level support for complex issues and assist in resolving critical incidents.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Lonza custom IT solutions. Get familiar with newest generation IT solutions and advise internal partners on innovative IT technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key requirements:

• Bachelors in Scientific Discipline
• Expertise in SAP modules PP and MM
• Familiarity with SAP QM, APO - PPDS, and IBP is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in MRP, process order execution, inventory management, handling unit management, and interfaces to external systems like MES
• Cross-functional knowledge in SAP SD, FICO, and WM
• Proficiency in system configuration and/or customization
• Comprehensive understanding of relevant business processes and concepts
• Knowledge of IT project methodologies
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners.
• Proficient presentation and moderation skill
