Terms of Reference
- Knowledge on Afghan Refugee case management, Refugee Status Determination and Resettlement case processing (Regular or Simplified Methodology) and demonstrated knowledge on Resettlement protection tools and Guidance.
- Knowledge of International Refugee Law, Human Rights Law and ability to apply the relevant legal principles in the context of mixed and large movements.
- Demonstrated good interviewing and drafting skills.
- Knowledge on best interest procedures (BIP).
- Demonstrated good counselling skills.
- Conversant with the Resettlement handbook and participation in any of the basis RSD and RST learning programme will be an added value.
- Sound understanding, knowledge and insight analysis of the political, humanitarian, social, protection and legal context and dynamics in Pakistan at national level.
