Senior Designer

We are looking for an individual with a passion for graphic design, to join our team in Madrid:

• Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery; conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Understand initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• Understand client brief and ensure brand consistency throughout all projects and ensure the final graphics layouts are visually appealing and meet client’s brief
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, creations for social networks
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
• Apply typography techniques
• Support on new business presentations (design + creativity)
• Supervise, motivate, and guide the team, distributing tasks effectively to ensure a positive and productive work environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

Requirements

• 5 / 6 years relevant experience in Graphic Design (Valuable experience in agencies in the sector)
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or postgraduate related to Graphic Design
• Use of graphic Design tools (Adobe Creative or similar)
• Command English and Spanish
• Strong client focus and flexibility to work in dynamic environments
• Creative, problem-solving and results oriented
• Other skills that may be valued:
  • Motion Graphics design and animation.
  • HTML programming skills
  • Wordpress knowledge
  • UX / UI expertise
