Job Description:

As a Remote Payment Support Administrator on the night shift, you'll be responsible for overseeing our daily transaction processes, maintaining accurate records, and reconciling payments throughout the night. Addressing discrepancies or errors promptly, you'll implement necessary corrections to uphold operational excellence. Extracting transaction reports and preparing various reports related to client funds and processing will be key tasks during your shift. Additionally, you'll review approvals handled by payment specialists and facilitate settlements with Payment Service Providers, all while working remotely during nighttime hours.

Working Schedule:
