Operations Manager

Role Purpose:

To support New Farming Ecosystem Lead in operations and striking the right partnerships relevant to creating the ecosystem. The role is operational in nature and requires extensive travel to ensure sound project execution on the ground. Solid execution and project management skills are a must to perform the job role effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to think creatively and identify ecosystem partnerships that enable farmers and our 850+ Naya Savera franchises
• Collaborate with external partners on areas including but not limited to Financing, Crop Insurance, Agronomy services, Application services, Weather services, Access to market, and other services valued by farmers and franchises
• Establish linkages with Agri-tech companies, value chain partners, service providers across the agri-value chain to build the New Farming Ecosystem
• Ability to operationalize conceived partnerships by collaborating with the market, sales, finance, and other internal stakeholders
• Establish relations with other countries in the Syngenta network to learn innovative ideas and best practices
