People Operations Analyst

• Set up and work on efficiency, communication, and satisfaction metrics to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team across all production centers in Germany
• Build reporting to support decision making linked capacity planning and incentive schemes
• Improve & monitor of the performance bonus scheme for our production centers
• Be in charge of the workforce capacity planning and align capacities with company targets
• Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow ups such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments

Requirements

• Previous experience in business development, people analytics or similar roles
• Very good knowledge of Excel & Google Workspace, experience with Workday, Looker and Tableau is a plus
• Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-focused way of working, and outstanding analytical skills
• Assertiveness, personal responsibility, and a can-do mentality as well as a data-driven mindset
• Interest and courage to try out new things and help shape topics sustainably
• Strong communication skills in English and min. good command of German
