The Business Process Lead will report into the Change Delivery Manager, bringing UK energy sector expertise and experience of Salesforce CRM to identify and document the necessary in-life processes and develop new processes that conform to SmartestEnergy Business Ltd Target Operating Model. The defined processes will realise the business benefits of the the SmartestEnergy Salesforce Programme and ensure the requirements of the new Energy & Utilities Cloud Salesforce product product match the process and outputs defined in the new “to-be” ways of working.
