This role sits with one of Daisy Communications brands - XLN for Small Business

Salary: £22,308.00 per annum Location: Sheffield Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring data is always captured accurately.
  • Handling inbound calls to maintain & add value to our current client base.
  • Promoting the full range of products & services available on every call.
  • Delivering world class service.
  • Taking ownership & responsibility for enquiries and resolving any issues.
