Apt Resources, a well-established recruitment company, is looking for an experienced and highly qualified Female Palace Manager to oversee internal operations for a Royal Family. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless management of all internal affairs and daily activities within the palace. Your duties will include efficiently managing all operations, such as Food and Beverage and Housekeeping, to maintain the highest standards of service.

Job Description and Duties

  • Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of Royal Family care.
  • Maintaining furniture, silver, crystal, and fabrics to the highest standards.
  • Overseeing all Food and Beverage operations in the palace.
  • Overseeing the kitchen operations in the palace and making sure the food was cooked and served up to the best standards of the Royal Family.
  • Making sure all laundry is handled with utmost care, especially fine fabrics.
  • Conduct daily inspections of all areas inside the palace.
  • Overseeing inventory and stock control on all items in the household.
  • Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses for all pre and post-events.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, and safety.
  • Looking after all requirements of the palace staff including their holiday schedules.
  • Training the staff in their required positions.
  • Hiring and training of new staff.
  • Maintaining staff schedules & shifts.
  • Take action on staff, if they are not performing up to standard.
  • Looking after the garden and coordinating with the maintenance team on work that needs to be done.
  • Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; arranges for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Royal Family.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Hotel Management.
  • 15+ Years’ experience out of which 3+ years as Operations Manager/ General Manager in a five-star hotel.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Flexible working hours and ability to work under pressure.
