Position Summary

The Associate Litigation Attorney, MVA will assist with MVA accounts in a litigation status. Litigation status includes, but is not limited to, representing hospital clients in lawsuits to enforce liens (and the entire process until the conclusion of the case, including discovery, motions, etc.), responding to motions to quash liens on behalf of all hospital clients, and responding to interpleaders on behalf of hospital clients.
