Training & Development Specialist

Overview

Our client is a leading company in the payment field, and they are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join their team in a role that is pivotal to our organization's success. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute significantly to our operational goals and overall mission.

What You Will Do

• Execute a comprehensive range of HR activities, encompassing training, talent development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate effectively with leadership to roll out HR strategies focused on workforce planning, training, and talent enhancement.
• Plan and deliver both in-person and online training sessions, including onboarding and skills development, to meet organizational standards.
• Assist in the creation and design of training programs and educational materials that align with company objectives.
• Oversee and coordinate initiatives aimed at enhancing company culture and strengthening employer branding.
• Champion and advance talent development and management initiatives throughout the organization.
• Monitor workforce metrics, including headcount and turnover rates, to identify staffing gaps and recommend retention strategies while also streamlining recruitment processes through HR technology.

What You Will Need

• Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management, are preferred

• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in training and development roles within a large organization; those with additional experience will be given priority

• Thorough understanding of Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and other relevant HR regulations is essential

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is a must

• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Chinese, both written and verbal, are required for this position
