Manager Organisational Transformation

As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, you excel in guiding clients through every phase of large-scale business transformations. From shaping the initial vision, to translating complex challenges into relevant roadmaps and solutions, and up to realizing organisational transformations, you create compelling business cases. As a lead consultant, you develop business strategies, considering end customers, technology and the impact on organizational dynamics. Your expertise extends to national and international clients, where you provide concrete recommendations and realize plans based on holistic analyses of organizations, incl. processes, structures, and operating models. Leading interdisciplinary teams, you contribute to large-scale consulting projects with confidence, positioning yourself as an expert and client partner in organisational transformation.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Sustainable Organizational Designs: Define and implement structures that enhance customer centricity and inspire creativity, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our clients.
• BPM: Analyse, identify and re-design business processes driving efficiency. Ideally, you contribute experience in process automation and AI.
• Operating Models: Define and implement the operating model components that deliever organizations’ strategic goals and vision. Define suitable governance models in support of the organization’s ambition.
• Change Management Expertise: Advise C-level management and set up and run effective change management measures and programs.Develop and realize training and communication concepts for these change programs.
• Adaptability: Take the lead in adjusting plans to changing business contexts. Find pragmatic and effective solutions to our client’s business realities.

Requirements

• A degree in business or a comparable field of study. A higher degree, Ph.D. or MBA
• Minimum 5 - 7 years of strategic consulting experience in professional services, industry, or renowned consultancies.
• High communication and presentation skills, including on C-level.
• Proficiency in strategy development and practical consulting methodologies.
• Top analytical abilities and ability to convey complex solutions effectively.
• A creative mind with experience of exploring the unknown.
• Experience with innovation management, digital business models, and multi-channel strategies.
• High sense of taking ownership with a track record of leading digitalization and/or transformation projects.
• Collaborative team spirit and a learning mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Native German language ideal or at least high proficiency in German (business level)
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• French an advantage.
