We are seeking an early career Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to generate opportunities and successfully close sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of sales objectives to a defined set of accounts. You will cultivate customer loyalty, maintain customer relationships, renew, upsell, and cross-sell, for a best-in-class customer experience. This role will be single-product focused, directly supporting the growth of Lightcast’s alumni survey and first destination surveys.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: You will meet or exceed assigned targets for sales volume, market share and other key financial performance objectives. You will identify and close sales opportunities, negotiate contracts with support from legal counsel and other internal stakeholders, as appropriate, for deal execution
  • Sales Cycle Management: Using a disciplined approach, successfully manage the full sales cycle for each opportunity from prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing the opportunity to presenting the offer, handling objections, and closing the sale. You wil...
