As the Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the design and development of Group-Wide business learning solutions in a timely, cost-effective and innovative manner. You will manage the end-to-end design process to ensure training content and learning methodologies are reflective of a customer service driven culture and replicate industry best practice.

Working with stakeholders from across the Group, the Learning Experience Designer will work to create a blend of self-paced, facilitator led, workplace and online instruction, as well as assessment, evaluation and other supporting materials. You wil...
