As Alliances Manager you'll be responsible for expanding existing strategic alliance opportunities and identifying and on-boarding new strategic relationships to drive substantial revenue and demand. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success and Product teams to meet your objectives and drive alliance engagement. Examples of the partners you will be working with include the world’s largest Managed Service Providers, for example GP Strategies, and consultancy companies. You may also:

- Identify, enable, and grow strategic alliances that significantly increase our market share.
- Communicate Insights’ value proposition with passion and enthusiasm to a range of audiences that will include senior executives and very large groups.
- Confidently articulate how personality preference and self-awareness can be applied to a range of soft skills development including teamwork, leadership and change management.
- Develop relationships with senior executives and decision makers who we can partner with to grow our business.
