Business Development and Strategic Alliances Manager

Are you passionate about fostering strategic partnerships and driving market share growth? We are seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in learning and development to join our team as a Business Development and Strategic Alliances Manager.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Forge and nurture strategic alliances to significantly boost our market presence.
• Deliver Insights’ value proposition with fervour to diverse audiences, including senior executives and large groups.
• Explain the application of personality preference and self-awareness to enhance soft skills like teamwork, leadership, and change management.
• Cultivate relationships with top executives for business expansion opportunities.
• Progress alliance relationships through a sales pipeline, tailoring our commercial offerings for new market subsegments.
• Utilize market research and strategic planning to discover and manage new alliances.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews of alliance KPIs, focusing on revenue growth.
• Empower and engage alliance partners with impactful marketing materials.
• Continuously seek methods to elevate results and alliance engagement

Requirements

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in strategic alliances or senior sales roles within the learning and development sector.
• Expertise in articulating the value of personality preference-based products and solutions.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with exceptional relationship-building skills.
• A track record of identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic alliances or large customers.
• Strategic acumen and problem-solving skills within the context of alliance and commercial management.
• Strong communication skills, capable of building trust and inspiring others.
• A fundamental understanding of technical/digital concepts like APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of the learning & development market.
