Senior Driver Operations Associate

Due to the rapid expansion of our business in Brazil and Mexico, we are seeking a Senior Driver Operations Associate to help us strengthen the Driver Ops Latam team.

Responsabilities:

• To ensure the overall success of Driver Operations in respective markets across our global presence
• Be the main bridge of effective communications and collaborations between Functional Departments & local Driver Operations
• Acquire a deep quantitative & qualitative understanding of local situations, problems, and opportunities
• Help markets adopt and apply learnings & standards from Process Optimization Team on already-solved problems
• Work with markets to plan, execute and review initiatives in a data-driven way to tackle new problems / opportunities
• Document and share data-supported local learnings with Optimization Team and other markets

What you'll need:

• Ability to communicate effectively across different regions
• Analytical and data-driven
• Curious about facts, able to empathize with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, and willing to dig deep and understanding underlying root causes
• Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
• Knowledge on spreadsheets and Tableau is preferred
