• Support orientation preparation for new students in BINUS Online Learning
• Coordinate student’s orientation implementation to related faculty/school
• Prepare course distribution for one semester in related academic year
• Analyze class enrollment for possibilities opening new class or course subject
• Monitor students adding course subject, on leave and return from leave of absence.
• Collect lecturers' teaching availability data from LMS
• Ensure effective scheduling process for online class and course examination in related academic year
• Ensure effective process for scheduling, facility and distribute information to all students and lecturer for Kuliah Perdana activities
• Ensure effective process for scheduling, facility and distribute information to all students and lecturer for Kuliah Onsite / Online / F2F activities
• Distribute course examination schedule, facility and exam supervisor to all students
