New Venture Scout Officer

• Organize, compile and review information on potential products, business model, and market opportunities
• Maintain and enhance a wide network of connections, including faculty members, industry experts, corporates, startups / entrepreneurs, investors, and other professionals
• Conduct licensing process and related document process required for IP Commercialization & Venturing
• Explore prospective funding sources, new funding initiatives and respond to opportunities for supplementary funds to existing projects.
• Maintain and update project record, database and documentation related to New Venture Scout process activities
• Provide excellent operational processes and services for all stakeholders
• Be frontline contact for all industry and other partners, and potential partners' inquiries, requests, visitations and meetings
• Communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders (internal and external)

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/Experience:

Minimum 2 years working experience
