You will be joining our LatAm sales team, with the aim of strengthening our leadership in Colombia, where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool, with amazing clients like Quala, Makro, JGB, Opain... but we've just scratched the surface ๐Ÿ˜Ž

For us, personality and passion come before education and experience. Youโ€™ll always be supported and looked after by your Teamtailor family, but you will also have a lot of responsibility for your own work, meaning that working independently isnโ€™t something you mind.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who ideally:

  • ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales.
  • ๐Ÿ•ต๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ is comfortable contacting anyone and booking a meeting over the phone or by email.
  • ๐Ÿ’ช can keep high activity and motivate yourself & has the drive to always exceed.
  • ๐Ÿซต has HR experience (working directly in HR or selling HR-related products).
  • ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡นis fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese both written and spoken.

๐Ÿš€ Recruitment-process

If there is a match from the get-go, things can move really fast.The process usually includes these steps:

  1. Online Assessment Test.

  2. Quick asynchronous video interview.

  3. In-depth interview with Alicia - 30 minutes.

  4. Business Case + Informal chat with part of the Sales team - 1 hour.
