Campaign Manager

During your 6 months internship, starting from September 1st 2024, you will be working very closely with the entire North America team based in Boston area and Monterrey. You have the chance to be involved in the implementation, kick-off and management of the partnerships with our clients from the world’s top universities in North America and Canada.

We strongly encourage interns to bring in their own ideas and suggestions; you will also get the opportunity to have an impact on current projects together with a highly motivated, international team! You will have the opportunity to work alongside multiple other businesses and develop in a diverse office environment!

Your Challenge

• Online promotional campaign implementation and monitoring.
• Using specific tools to manage the daily workload.
• Support the team creating newsletters, e-mail campaigns, online promotions, etc.;
• Research and analyse competitor marketing and sales materials;
• Prepare presentations for management and clients;
• Support in the lead management for the commercial and new business team
• Office Management: Help with tasks in office management and administration.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (ideally in the 7th-8th semester in the field of Business Development, Marketing/Communications, Event planning and/or Entrepreneurship);
• Planned graduation date in 2024 or later;
• A positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn;
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and creative;
• Available to start on September 2nd 2024.

Requirements

Your skills

• Analytical thinking and great attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbally & written);
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Google Docs);
• Result-oriented working style;
• Critical thinking;
• First-hand experience with Google Analytics is a plus;
• Highly organized.

Benefits

The payment rate will be 200MXN per hour (8,000 MXN for 40 hours)
