Communication and Marketing Assistant

• Provide support in promotional activities on social media. Pitch fresh ideas for weekly posts and content to engage customers and promote products online and in-store
• Support in developing sales and marketing strategies according to the growth plans of the company
• Assist in daily operations as per the requirements.
• Provide support in creating artwork and graphics for product labels and packaging ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and brand standards
• Support in developing all communication materials such as one-pagers, vacancy announcements, company notices, story labels for each product, blogs, vlogs, and press releases
• Support in creation of content for social and traditional media according to the values of the brand
• Provide support for event planning and execution.
• Support in maintaining key relationships with influencers, internal/external stakeholders, and partners
• Assist during markets or fairs that the company takes part in
• Assist in identifying new marketing opportunities for the company
• Assist in creating and communicating the company’s CSR strategies in the most effective way possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in management or graphic design
• Good oral and written communication skills (English and Nepali)
• Proficiency in operating online/ social media platforms
• Proficiency in photo and video editing
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a range of design work
• Familiarity with printing processes and requirements for packaging design
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
