Flutter Mobile Developer

At ENDVR, we’re focused on empowering the world’s best action sport, optical, outdoor and lifestyle brands to connect with in-store associates. We’re the digital platform focused on sales in the physical world, and we make it easy for brands to engage with retail sales associates to drive sales, share product knowledge, promote their brand, and gather data to measure success in real-time.

Our development team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Developer to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage all phases of designing, developing, and deploying mobile applications using Flutter, including scoping, architecting, coding, testing, and rolling out features.
• Work closely with other developers to ideate solutions to user problems, generating creative technical solutions that follow coding and architecture standards.
• Write clean, thoughtful, and maintainable code with unit tests, performing routine maintenance such as security updates and larger system upgrades.
• Make improvements to team productivity through enhancements and mentorship in process and code improvements.

What You’ll Have

• 3+ years of experience in a mobile developer role building applications using Flutter.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Experience with state management approaches like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Knowledge of building and deploying mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Practical knowledge of mobile application architecture.
• High empathy with an ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers.
• Dynamic and solution-oriented with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
