Jr. DevOps & Software Architect

At ENDVR, we’re focused on empowering the world’s best action sport, optical, outdoor and lifestyle brands to connect with in-store associates. We’re the digital platform focused on sales in the physical world, and we make it easy for brands to engage with retail sales associates to drive sales, share product knowledge, promote their brand, and gather data to measure success in real-time.

Our development team is growing, and we’re looking for Junior DevOps + Software Architect with Kubernetes expertise to join us.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure on Kubernetes.
• Architect and develop robust solutions that integrate development and operations, automating and optimizing our CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Write clean, thoughtful, and maintainable code in any robust language, focusing on infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Perform routine maintenance such as security updates, system upgrades, and monitoring.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting solutions using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
• Utilize RabbitMQ for message brokering, ensuring reliable communication between distributed systems.

What You’ll Have

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Software Architect role with a strong focus on Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and other containerization technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Desired proficiency on development background in Go, Python, or other robust programming languages.
• Practical knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Knowledge and experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokering systems.
• High empathy with an ability to put yourself in the shoes of our customers.
• Dynamic and solution-oriented with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
