We are looking for a mature Team Lead for Operational Excellence (OpEx) with a strong sense of ownership and excellent stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal direction, enjoys enhancing company efficiency, and makes a meaningful impact. Candidates should have experience in leading teams in project/program/product management, change/transformation management, operations, process improvement, operational excellence, organizational design, and various leadership roles.

The Operational Excellence Team Lead is in charge of definition and execution of the Operational Excellence strategy in partnership with other key engineering functions.

Operational Excellence Team Lead directs, guides, and oversees the Operational Excellence Team in their activities to establish/improve tools, processes, automation, team structure, and communications.

✅Responsibilities

KPI Focus: As a Team Lead at PMO, success is measured by two key parameters:

• Project completion
• Stakeholder satisfaction

Consequently, the responsibilities are divided into two main areas:

Operational Excellence Responsibilities

✔️ Analysis and Design:

• Lead the understanding of key functions within the division and across the company
• Identify and engage stakeholders for processes and tools
• Oversee business, gap, and impact analyses, and gather requirements for processes/tools
• Design or redesign processes to add business value

✔️ Implementation:

• Supervise the implementation of processes/tools
• Establish process metrics
• Develop and oversee monitoring dashboards
• Manage change and stakeholders
• Ensure proper communication
• Facilitate decision-making
• Drive process automation
• Manage relevant projects

✔️ Operations:

• Operate and own certain business processes and related reporting
• Monitor process execution/tool usage and key process metrics

✔️ OpEx Culture:

• Drive operational excellence initiatives, methodologies, and best practices, and set related standards
• Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of operational excellence
• Guide and mentor team members
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
• Maintain knowledge bases

✔️ Stakeholder Management Responsibilities:

• Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand their feedback and act accordingly
• Proactively suggest project, process, or organizational improvements

Experience:

Relevant experience in operational excellence, team management, project management, or related areas, ideally in the software development/technology/data-related industries
