Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and advanced Operations manager to join our team at a global company in the investment, trading and crypto/blockchain industries.

Our ideal candidate is experienced in the blockchain and crypto sphere, passionate about it, and has confident expertise in the market as well as high management skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Daily operational activities
• Executive activities
• Coordination of various departments
• Implementation of client development and management strategy
• Maintaining relationships with counterparties, clients and investors
• Business trips within the framework of the company's projects

Requirements

• Experience in the blockchain and crypto industry for at least 5 years
• Experience in related roles for at least 5 years
• Experience in a management position for at least 3 years
• English - C1/C2
• Strong awareness of the IT industry
• Global market expertise
• Experience in trading, analytics, project management in crypto-industry
• Relevant education will be a plus
• Mobility to travel
