What will be your responsibilities when working with us?

• Develop HR policies and maintain legal compliance

• Resolve employee relations issues

• Advise on recruitment and employee development

• The use of our HR software to input human resources data and employee records

• High-level monitoring of human resources metrics, like employee turnover and retention rates

• Providing advice to management and participating in employee performance reviews

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline
• Minimun of one year of previous industry experience in human resources
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of labor law and recruitment strategies
• Excellent knowledge of English in written and oral form
