Head of PMO

The Head of PMO is an Extended Leadership Team role responsible for ensuring the successful project management of customer engagements, with the goal of delivering a first-class experience to our customers and colleagues.

You will lead the project management team and as part of Consultancy Operations ensure the organisations financial and operational targets are met. You will be responsible for delivering departmental KPIs, implementing standards, and the delegation of team KPIs in support of organisational objectives – and providing recommendations for improvement.

• Build and lead a team of subject matter experts that embrace and drive the methodology to create a predictable, yet compelling, experience for their stakeholder – both internal and external
• Drive a consistent approach across all practice areas and drive the adoption of a centralised, group-wide project team
• Take ownership of the commercial performance of PMO and support in setting billable / utilisations targets with finance and ops
